How does delivery work?

You have to enter your panel and then go to set up my menu> Set up steps> Choose the service type> Delivery there you should choose one of the following options: 1- Do not define cost, 2- Establish cost for fixed delivery and 3- Establish the cost for delivery by intervals 4- Establish the cost by custom areas

I want to know more about the CRM tool

In our CRM tool you can access the main data about customers who have already ordered the platform and can also send mass messages to them through WhatsApp. For now it is not possible to import a base ready for the platform, but we are always working on new updates.

How to configure delivery by delivery zones?

Select the "Activate Check with Googlemap" icon and select the "Establish cost for delivery for intervals" option. In the sequence, the platform will open a map where you can configure the cover rays and the values of each. You can configure up to 6 rays away and also opt for the option to receive orders outside the delivery interval at which additional cost will be set with the restaurant by whatsapp. It is important to remember that distances are measured in the rays of the establishment to the address of the delivery, and not in km of "road", then you can include a variation of 10 to 20% in the registered distance.
