How does delivery work?

How to configure delivery by delivery zones?

Select the "Activate Check with Googlemap" icon and select the "Establish cost for delivery for intervals" option. In the sequence, the platform will open a map where you can configure the cover rays and the values of each. You can configure up to 6 rays away and also opt for the option to receive orders outside the delivery interval at which additional cost will be set with the restaurant by whatsapp. It is important to remember that distances are measured in the rays of the establishment to the address of the delivery, and not in km of "road", then you can include a variation of 10 to 20% in the registered distance.

How can I draw custom delivery areas?

At the top of the map has a little hand and a little pen. The little hand drags the map and the canister makes the drawing. To draw, you need to select the pinch, click on the map point where you want to start the neighborhood drawing and then click again at another point on the map to form a line. You are creating multiple lines until you close the drawing. You do not need to leave the mouse down to drag the line, just click once at a point and then click to click each point on the map you want to leave marked.

How can I print my requests?

To print your requests, you must go to the My Requests section in this section you will see your requests received, and on the right side of each order will appear an icon of a printer that you should click and ready!

Can I use a thermal printer?

I'm trying to print on my thermal printer but the footer is coming out very big. What to do?

When you view printing, uncheck the "Header and Footer" option and take the test. In the view will remain the same, but the printing will come out correctly.

How to integrate social networks to my menu?

Accessing 'My Advertising'> 'Free Advertising' You can integrate your menu with Google Maps and Facebook. Already in 'my business'> 'create my menu', just below the cover image in the upper right corner of the page, are the icons of social networks that can be available to the client on your menu. Just click on each of them to do the integration.

Order

How can I create a discount coupon?

You should enter your panel and go to the My Advertising section> Discount Coupons and then you can create a coupon. Then a code will be generated that you should pass on to your customers and they should insert it in the last step of the request.

Is it possible to edit the order message I receive from my clients by WhatsApp?

No, for now it is standardized for all users.

Is it possible to include a minimum order value?

It is yes! In "My Business"> "Configuring My Menu" You can choose a minimum shopping value for Delivery and a minimum value to make free delivery.

How can I manage my requests?

The requests made by customers will arrive in the "My Orders" tab. There you can see the details, print or change their status. To always receive new order notifications, you need to leave the platform open on any of your browser's tabs.

Payment

How to configure the means of payment?

Just enter your panel and then go to set up my menu> Set the order process> Choose the payment terms.

Is it possible to receive payments from Olaclick?

Not for the time being. The client only selects the option you want to make the payment and the establishment is responsible for the transaction.

How to Exchange access e-mail

To exchange your access to the Olaclick panel just send us an email to cs@olaclick.com requesting the exchange through * your e-mail that is registered on the platform currently *, okay? Also indicate the new e-mail that will be registered and the link of your business, please.
